I saw a comic this weekend that goes by "Grandma Lee" with some friends from work.

Ah, do what my wife and I do over these situations, just look at each other and in a very calming voice remind each other, "that's why they pay you the big bucks!"

There you go!  I'll get one of those count-clickers and everytime I tell a student or parent "That's nice" during move-in, I'll click it and give you a final count at the end!  

That'll be kind of like older, southern women that say terrible things about their friends, family, and neighbors, and it's considered acceptable as long as they end it with, "Bless their heart!"
