Vgirl, I am a compliance officer at one of the largest financial insitutions in the US and run into situations such as yours all the time.

There you go!  I'll get one of those count-clickers and everytime I tell a student or parent "That's nice" during move-in, I'll click it and give you a final count at the end!  

That'll be kind of like older, southern women that say terrible things about their friends, family, and neighbors, and it's considered acceptable as long as they end it with, "Bless their heart!"
