I don't want to crush anyone out there looking at the blue bike, but I just wasn't impressed and didn't bother taking any photos.

I would have to agree with PHAZE.  I also saw all three colors at the Rapid City Civic Center.  I wasn't overly impressed with any of the colors.  Wouldn't trade my Haze for any of them.  The Black/Orange and the Red weren't too bad but the Blue just didn't do anything for me or my buddies. Can't imagine what Harley was thinking.

If you look at the "rear" view photo above, you can see that the dash appears to be black.  Look just to the left of the guy setting on the bike.  I've shown a zoomed in shot below.

Check out the area to the left of his arm and just below the mirror.  I'd say that it's black.

I met a guy who had his 2007 S.E. Ultra Black & Orange @ Frederick HD, Maryland this Sunday...good looking bike, he stated that he has paint issues with one of the sadlle bags, I did not look at it.  Now that I have seen the bike in the flesh it is hard to compare my Charcoal & Chrism to an 07!  The bike looked sharp though.

I also took some pics in Sturgis (maybe a littlt clearer) No comparison in the colors. The C/C is much sharper than the black or blue. I was very disappointed with the black. I won't be rushing out to trade my Haze very soon.

I did like the 9-spoke all chrome rims though. I thought they could have done a better job on the tank emblem. [smiley=smilie_daumenneg.gif] [smiley=smilie_daumenneg.gif] [smiley=smilie_daumenneg.gif]

Moodman,

Did you take any pics of the blue/blue?  I understand you weren't impressed, but I was wondering about the colors on the blue.  Are both of the blues metallic and is it a silver fade between the colors?
