TTS turner map/performance question
« on: July 15, 2012, 12:36:52 PM »

Short version:  2012 cvo softail convertible. STOCK set up(wife's bike)  Would it benefit from a new map / tune? Is there a better stock (lack of better wording) map that might address heat, performance, fuel mileage?

Long version: I have a 2012 cvo ultra classic, with fullsac cores and x pipe. I'm awaiting the tts turner(patiently I might add)  The softail is my wife's bike, that is stock and will most likely stay that way, from an exhaust / air cleaner stand point.  Should I spend the extra money and get a two bike TTS turner so I can tune hers as well?

I hope doc or Steve will jump in here with some definitive advice!

Thank you

I agree with Doc...even a bone stock bike can be tuned to run better & more efficiently
