Has anyone had a fullsac baffle start to rattle inside the can ?? when I left on my road trip all was good got about 200 miles into it and a rattle developed around the front of the left muffler I tightened everything I could all clamps and heatshields to no avail last place to check now after riding the rattle for 4800 miles is inside the mufflers.... anyone

I thought it was coming from inside. Jim embarrassed me by telling me one of my heat shields was loose.

Wasn't enough that it was noticable just grabbing it but loose enough that the vibration of the motor caused it to make a racket that was making me awful nervous. In this case, I was happy to be embarrassed because it didn't cost hundreds of $

yeah I tried all the heat shields all the accessible bolts on the header pipe muffler clamps only things I havnt tightened are the exhaust flange nuts but it cant be them as I would be able to hear if header was leaking ... was just enquiring as the rattle sounds like its coming from the push fit end of muffler gonna tear it all apart this week an see whatsup
