Unless you tune your bike for it, Probably a big waste of money.
I had a boat that called for 88 octane fuel (502 EFI) if i filled it with 93 i would lose 3 mph, the nock sensors would keep changing the timing until the engine would start to nock. just an analogy

In '06, leaving Vegas at 10pm, I filled up with premium and 1 gal of 100octane....that's the best the bike ever ran!

Why would you think there is some sort of advantage to doing that?  If you truly understand what octane ratings are, and how higher ratings are achieved, you wouldn't use more octane than what the engine requires.  It wastes money, it runs less efficiently, and it doesn't make more power regardless of what some people claim.  Stick with the octane rating the manufacturer recommends unless you do something drastic to the internals of the engine that creates a need for more octane.  If you find you are having a problem with pinging (detonation), get the tune fixed.

Just asking , why does the moco sell little bottles of octane booster that claim to increase octane by 3 # and help the engine run cooler? ???

they sell octane boost for those times you can only get low octane fuel. many rural stations only have 85.5 or 87 octane.

Come on Terry... next thing you'll be telling me is that when I was a kid and had PF Flyers I didn't run faster or jump higher.

Same sneakers never helped me a bit Gary.  But even then in my neighborhood we already knew that white kids couldn't jump :bigcry: .

What is the compression ratio on our bikes?

Harley lists the late model 110's at 9.15 : 1 compression (static).  The early models were listed at 9.3 : 1.  I assume the difference is probably due to a running change to the head gasket thickness I seem to remember.
