With out sounding like a complete newbie ( even though I am)
can any one tell me, what is the stock air cleaner that comes on the 2006 FLHTCUSE.
Stage 1, stage 2, something else ??

A/C is stock, no high flow to it.  Pretty though!

The Air FILTER is a unique one to that Special S/E Air Cleaner housing. The Screamin Eagle air filter available for the regular 'stock' bike air cleaner doesn't really fit correctly either.

Check out the thread a Octo directed you to....it WILL fit,and it does work perfectly.  Just get the thick gasket that Jerry mentions in the thread and all will be well.  You will actually save money doing it this way and have a much better A/F than if you buy the SE A/C Kit...the paper filter that comes with the SE kit is not in the same ballpark with the K&N.
