Chubby 575 Bars

Just got some 575 installed, and the left hand grip will not slide all the way up leaving a small gap. I called the manufacture and was told to cut some of the bar down. Has anybody ran into this problem ?

i have a small gap on the right side,,  seems like the bar is a little short,,     moves in and out about 1/8"     i'm trying to think of or find a fix for that :confused5:

Mine is the same way. No big deal to me. I do like the bars over the stock ones.

By cutting down the bar it would allow the grip to slide farther up. Closing the gap.

I had the same problem on the bars that I just installed. Left side was a little long. I just left it.

I couldn't take , shaved about 1/8" off the left side problem fixed.

The left side is easy to mess within.   It's the other side I would be worrying about. The letters.   TBW. Scares me to even think about having an issue there.  Besides,  I think I need to lengthen mine. Not shorten it.  :nixweiss:
