Los Angeles Calendar Motorcycle Show, July 22

70's on the left coast today... 100* in Calabasas.  But it's a drrrryyyy heat.  So, Fred, Marsalla, Larry and I met rode to  Pat's Topanga Grill for breakfast.  The plan was to beat the crowds and heat with a good breakfast, a quick ride to the show for a couple of hours and then enjoy the Santa Monica Mountain Roads and head to the Coast for cooler temps.

The Calabasas Inn was a lovely setting for the show but the show was underwhelming.  Still we enjoyed ourselves and met some other fiends.

Main sponsor, Russ Brown had a great paint job on this rocket.  He's not very popular, though.  People were protesting outside against him for restricting attendance at the show.
