09serg front wheel rust

While cleaning my 09serg and the sun hit the front wheel in a way that magnified the fact that the front wheel was rusting around the hub rotar area.I called MOCO and was directed to the dealer which then contacted the moco and was told to take pictures.I can't believe how bad it is especially on a cvo bike.Dealer said moco probably would not cover it,Imagine that lol.Has anyone else come across this problem?

Really sux since your bike is not that old.  On my last bike I got the same BS about chrome.  My bike was less than a year old and I had some chrome rusting on my rims, and was told that I must of rode near the ocean.  Gave me a run around about 30 days coverage on chrome.  Bunch of hoo ha in my opinion...but isn't that MoCo. 

I wish I would of pushed the issue harder at the time, but I knew I was replacing the stock rims at that time (non cvo bike).
