I'll believe in all this global warming stuff when there are no posts on this site in January about how cold, too much snow, and I put my bike up for the winter.
Until then I blame it all on dOOd. ;) ;)

He is a good one to blame it on. I think he can carry that weight on his shoulders.

Why is this even being discussed?

The evidence is overwhelming.  There are mountains of data supporting climate change, and the only debate within the scientific community is not IF it will happen, but how quickly.

Cyclical climate variation is a naturally occurring  phenomenon, but it happens gradually over hundreds or thousands of years, not over a few decades as is happening now.

That said, I still love my carbon belching, EPA noncompliant Harley.  I'll just have to get a Prius and a bicycle to make up for my pollution spewing bike.

Global warming, climate change, what ever you want to call it ,it is getting almost to hot to ride
a that sucks big time!!

Climate change is probably a better phrase to use, but it sure seems like the entire globe is getting
hotter.

I think when the chit hits the fan  we will not be able to live above ground much less be able to ride
our iron horses.

I've been blamed for worse. 8) :P :D I often tell people my size will allow me to carry heavy things but I can't carry a tune. ;D

It has been too hot to ride several times recently.... felt like sitting on a hot plate riding in an oven. :sweatdrop:

From the days they were king, however, the newpaper barons and multinational electronic media moguls have the international thermostat hidden away in a secret bunker in Brussels (under a manhole cover marked A6 at the west end of Leopold Park right across from the European Parliament).  They keep slowly turning that son of a bitch up, little by little, so we'll have to watch and read the weather newscasts.  Unbalanced flies over in a super secret long range black stealth helicopter (call sign: Puddle Jumper) to gently bump it up once every six months.  Except for the trips when he forgets to bring the instructions.

Aha!  The frog in the water in the pot on the stove effect!  The frog does not know it is getting warmer until it is too late.  The best explanation I have ever read on climate change, except maybe for searching for hidden tattoos on Kate Upton, my favorite Climate Change expert, since she wears airy Climate Changing clothes and stuff.

One thing may need clarification - I realize Brussels is dangerously close to France and all, but why do you think we are all frogs?
