Plastic Saddlebags????

I don't know what planet I've been living on but I just found out my bags are plastic. I thought they were fiberglass, when did they go to plastic?

ahh nothing wrong with todays plastic.  Less weight and much more forgiveing than fiberglass.  Oh yea and did I forget its cheeper too  ;D

Be glad they are plastic and not fiberglass.....Today's plastics are stronger....my business.  Remember the scene from "The Graduate" are you too young???

I absolutely agree with you justgary. Plastic is indeed less in weight. Much more affordable as well than fiberglass.

Can't swear to this Mark but I think the change started happening in 04.

What are you looking at to notice the plastic bags?  Thought you had de-Harley'd yourself.  One of the new models suck you back in?
