I had these fitted to my SGSE3 from new and after less than 5K miles the chrome is peeling off both end caps.
Anyone had similar problems with the 16457's? Dealer is approaching V&H with images etc, and awaiting a response.

Do these end caps screw off, because I notice they offer a "quiet baffle"?

V & H is great on customer service.  Had several parts replaced over the years, no questions asked, just shipped them.
As for the baffle it bolts to the inside where you see the hole in the existing baffle.  You still have the chrome cap when they are installed.  They are a little quieter and give you more back pressure and a bit more low end performance.
