Since the 09's were the last to be hand built and not sent down the assembly line, I put my 09 at around $60k.
If I were to make the tour pak detachable and add a street glide seat it would be worth somewhere in the six figures. :jalapeno: :pineapple: :pepper: :orange:

Now your giving me great news!  :2vrolijk_21:

I've put so much junk on my bike I can't afford to trade with it. I'll just have to buy another outright. :P

The only time I looked at my Harleys as an investment is when stock values were falling 45% a year. The harleys only depreciated 15% that year. My wife still didn't buy it.

TOUCHE, Kenny! I don't give a rip what the resale value of the Honey Badger ever ends up being - because I will never, never, NEVER, N-E-V-E-R sell it!

All this crowing about how valuable your bike's are and the added resale value you could get because the MOCO didn't offer a 2013 model. Let me see...they offered the CVO Street Glide for 3 years and my CVO Road Glide Ultra for 1 year? Using your rationale I must be sitting on a gold mine!  :P

Let the games begin..................  ;D

Jerry, relax! Let everyone be happy with what they have. We all can't be a "smart" as you.

I feel the same way!  I love my  :pumpkin:  I see more chrome in my future! New pipes, new shocks, new wheels and I'm sure there will be some more stuff! But not a new one, ever! My old frame bike with the 103 is just fine!!  ;D

Amen to that.  When your baby starts to cost you money then blows up on the road, You grieve for a period and move on to a new bike.  That's what happened to me and now waiting on my 13 CVO RG.

I've seen that plenty around here too! This dude pulled into the Harley Shop lot here last week with the stereo so loud he wouldn't have heard a train a coming!! I like my tunes too but not like that! Mainly out on the Highway! Matter of a fact, my radios been on the blink about 5 months! Guess I'm not missing it to bad?  :)

Where did Harley get the idea for the Street Glide? The overwhelming popularity of the 2004-2005 FLHTCSE, that's where. The Street Glide came out in 2006 after a very successful 2 year run of the custom, stripped down look of the FLHTCSE. So if you look at it that way, there was a Street Glide in 2004, 2005, 2010, 2011, and 2012! Now how it that for rare?
