Guys,

Not sure if anyone here has bought one yet, but perhaps someone has the parts manual for the new CVO Ultra.  I'm trying to find the part numbers for the Seat, Rider's Backrest, and Tour Pak Backrest.  If anyone has those numbers, I'd really appreciate them.

Like most anything CVO, it would have to be ordered from the dealer, and limited for sale to only a documented CVO owner.  Based on past experience, unless you have a 2013 CVO Ultra, you simply can't get a 2013 CVO Ultra seat, rider's backrest and Tour Pak backrest.

That's what the moco would like you to believe, but the fact is, you can order anything as long as you know the part number.

I'm also interested in finding these part numbers.  In my 2010 FLHTCUSE5 parts manual, these parts are not protected and can be purchased without providing a VIN.  I'm hoping that MOCO didn't change this for 2013.

I just purchased a 2013 FLHTCUSE8 parts manual from Surdyke (99428-13) so I'll be able to answer this question myself once I receive it in about two weeks.

let me know what the stealer is going to charge you for the tour pak backrest...i am taking mine off and getting a stock one off a regular ultra due to the space it robs from my bsr...apparently this new backrest is designed for people smaller than 125 lbs if you plan on using the rider backrest and having a passenger.

Will do.  I guess I need to get my wife to the dealer to try it out before buying.  I like the looks of the 2013, but a happy wife is a happy life.  If she's happy, maybe we can work something out.

 hdctss is right the lumbar support takes up about an extra 1.5" of seat space for the passenger.  My wife is not a big woman but it was too snug for her.  I ended up installing the Kuryakan Tour Pack Reallocator with a small pad that fills in the seat gap made by moving the tour pack back.  Wife is happy now, and I do not have her banging her helmet against the back of my head anymore.  Win win for us

If you search George Anderson tour pak relocator in this forum, you will find a lot of very positive responses to his kit.  It's very clean, inexpensive, installs easy and works great. Many of us have used his relocator. 
George has no website, but his cell number is 309-236-0952.  You can order directly from him or there are some motorcycle on-line stores that you can purchase it from (not sure which ones they are). He requires cash/check so some guys prefer buying it from a store so they use a credit card.  I believe it's around $200 from George.

The George Anderson has had some really good reviews on here.  It appears to be a very quality product.  I went with the adjustable Kuryakan so I would have the option to easily move the tour pack forward to original position when passenger is not along.  Both options serve the purpose of gaining much needed room for BSR.

I have a 2013 CVO ultra and the George Anderson doesn't require you to move the amp, or touch it at all.  Great product.  It's true that George does not have a website, but he is allowing a guy to sell them for him and you can purchase online.  I spoke to George by calling his cell but wanted to pay with a credit card to expedite the process.  I ordered form this site:

The only restricted part listed is the 2011 Tour-Pak Passenger Backrest Kit (I don't know what's so special about that one).  None of the other parts are restricted.
