Rinehart Baffles
« on: September 02, 2012, 09:44:35 AM »

I have looked at other threads on this, but sometimes exhaust products change (different manufacturers) so I am looking for something recent.  I put the 4 inch Rinehart slip-ons on my bike a few weeks ago after I bought it (2012 CVO SG with stock head pipes).  I think that they come with a 2 1/4 inch baffle).  I like the sound, but just want a little more volume, so I was thinking of getting the Rinehart high performance 2.5 inch baffles.  Has anyone done this recently and, if so, how would you compare the two baffles?  I'm not looking for a real big difference, but if they are close to the same, I probably wouldn't get them.  Thanks.

Less back pressure equals less performance....how important is the sound to you is the question.

I have an 02 SERK I swapped the 2 1/4 for the performance 2 1/2 baffles. Sounds great.

Change out the stock head pipe with the cat in it.  You will pick up some more sound for sure.  Try fulsac or fuel moto.
