GROVER at MIS
« on: August 21, 2006, 11:49:54 PM »

Grover, (Site Bookie), and his new Bride to be, and two of their friends, came to watch the Race at Madison International Speedway, this past week-end.  Quite a pleasant surprise.  They came over to the Transporter and introduced themselves, and we had a great time.  I wish the 22 Car could have put on a better show for 'em, but it just wasn't meant to be.  O-ring on a plunger in the caliper went south, and the brake fluid hit the Red-HOT Rotor, and FIRE commenced.  No one injured, but finished for the night, on lap 53, of 250.  Had just moved into ninth position, too!  I'm so sick of hearing, "Ah, that's Racin', Man!", I could puke.  Later--HUBBARD

This is the part of "Due Dilligence" that's not fun.
But has to be done.
Maybe next year you can have a "www.cvoharley.com" sponsor decal posted on the side
of the 07 ride!

Why not?

I was dumb enough MIS meant Michigan International Speedway.  Either way, I'm glad to see Hubbard into racing.   Hang in there, you'll get the break downs worked out.   [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

You know, that ain't a bad idea there, Dude!  I just read where the Site now has 2500 members!  If all were active, and into Racing, would contribute, or donate, let's say, a Hundred bucks each, that would pay for Ten races.  Good plan, Chipper!  Execute it!  Go out there and SELL!  I'll be the first to PayPal myself, $100.00.  Can't wait to tell the Team about this!  Later--HUBBARD
