Passenger floorboard bolts stainless or chrome
« on: September 11, 2012, 11:23:50 PM »

There was a thread somewhere with information on either chrome or stainless bolts for passenger floorboards quite a while ago.  I have gone through numerous searches and cannot locate it again.  I purchased them for my 09 and I cannot find the receipt either.  The thread told where to get them and the exact size and I think even the part # to order.  Anybody have a clue where that thread is or have all the info to purchase another set?

1abastarsmda, That may have been me since I did replace the ones on my 09. Here is the info. Chrome Hardware Supply 4245 East Palm St. Mesa, AZ. 440-832-1552 or 888-629-2476. The part  no. I have on my receipt for the button head footboard bolts is #50F125KBCPR. The size quoted on the receipt is 1/2-20 X 1 1/4  Button soc cap screw St Chrome plated. I also replaced the Torx button head bolts holding on the passing lamps to chrome with chrome washers. Part no on that is #31C125KTXPR  5/16-18 X  1 1/4 torx button head St Chrome Plate. If you have any problems PM me and I will give  you my order number. I tried to get them at my Local True Value, but they did not have the footboard bolts in 1 inch. The customer service was great, I don't remember the price, but I know it was less than True Value wanted for the 3/4 inch. Believe me replacing the footboard bolts will brighten up that area. Thank you.  That's the place I got them from.  It looks like they have changed their part numbers now.  I already have them on my bike, but I have some more CVO friends that I ride with that want them.
