Not an engine builder but at 114/106 and not really happy, SE high comp pistons and 260 cam. Runs well but at a lot higher RPM range than I normally ride. 3000-3200 before it starts working

HD stage IV kit and head work will serve you at least 120/120 with a good pipe and tune

Should be several ways to get you there!  I have a '05 WG with a 95" that is 107/107, so I would think that 15 more cubes in the 110 would get me another 15-17 hp IF the 110 was built similarly.  My 110 is stock internally, but with Fullsac header, 2.0 baffles and map.  I just haven't broke it open yet to start changing internal parts.

Good luck with your quest!

I wouldn't worry about a hp number. Make some simple mods, pipes, breather and a good tune/tuner. If your not happy add cams. I think you get the Idea. What I can recommend is finding one person you can trust and stick with them. There are LOTS of opinions out there. Trust your builder/mechanic.  ;)

If you were looking to hit that number that can be had with the stock heads and the stage IV kit BTW. The 259 cam works pretty well and is easy to tune I am told.
27548-10a right out of the SE parts book.
