I'm looking to get alittle more out of my 2010 SEUC. I have been looking at this site and it looks like a Stage II kit via FullSac is a viable option. I have a Heavy Breather along with 3.5 inch Reinharts- True Duals, and a SESPT. The bike currently makes 91 HP and 112 TQ. What can I expect with a bolt in Andrews 54 along with my currrent setup?

Who cares?  They go faster.  Just put in an Andrews 54 this summer and WOW, makes a huge difference in torque. Wish I had done it sooner.

With the right tune and a good combination of parts the fuel mileage should go up.
(and yes, that also depends on how much you twist that right wrist)
My 12 SERG with the Fullsac package and cams gets great mileage.
At MV on Saturday we rode to Helen Ga and back.
I filled up Friday evening and filled up again when we got back.
198.9 miles with 100 miles remaining showing on the meter. I used 3.72 gallons.
53.4 MPG and that was two up!

That's great mileage Chip.  :2vrolijk_21: That 'tune' must be dead-on to do that.  (or else you figured out how to ride down hill both going and coming on that run) har.  spyder

SBB, that's one good setup and tune, I'll need to find somebody that can really turn the screws on a SESPT, once I get the cams in. Thanks for the input.

'11 CVO Ultra. Fullsac pipe, 2.0 cores, Steve's canned map. Mid to upper 30's mpg, two up. You are saying that cams and a dyno tune will get me 10-15 mpg more?

What are the combination of parts?

Fullsac sport pipe, 2.0 Fullsac baffles, Woods TW7H cams, Screamin Eagle tapered pushrods, TTS Mastertune with tune by Bob at RC Cycles.
Good luck with your build.

Took the Ultra on a loop out to WI for fall color run/ wedding anniversary trip, good news- awesome scenery, bad news the 110 started to drink oil. ( a qt/ 1000 miles give or take)
Called the dealer after we got home, he said they would get it torn down and find the problem. Looks like its time to get serious about which cam to choose.

Greg, I have read the post. Its why I started this post, i'm really curious how happy guys are after adding the cams after they have ridden with the cam for 15000 miles. Secondly, I'm wondering how much of a torque dip I'll get with a Rinehart true duals and mufflers. Do the Rinehart's allow for too much flow to get full torque on the bottom end?
