Dyno Chart 2013 Road Glide CVO

Here is my dyno on my new bike.

Andrews 57H Cam, .030 Head Gasket, Fullsac X Pipe "C" CFR mufflers and TTS mastertune

Dave said I lost some due to the mufflers but it nearly riped the bars outta my hands when I jumped on it. :apple: :carrot: :jalapeno: :pineapple:

I think I'll leave it alone :2vrolijk_21:

Andrews 57H, .030 Cometic head gasket, 10:1 compression, TTS tuner, Covington Destroyer Pipe, HPI TB, F & R instant air ride, 12pt stainless bolts, SBD bags, fender, Custom Steel stretched tank and side covers, FBI Drop seat, Custom seat by Voss, 30" Chrome Instigator w/18" rotor, Misfit short neck kit, Ness Hot Legs, HHI 6 piston caliper, B-cool one off aluminum fender. Lots of custom audio stuff, and a lot I forgot!

Are these new CFR ? Suppose so...
I've asked them if they have posponed the mod they told about to enhance back pressure.
Where in the revs and how much do you estimate the loss ?
I plan to buy, but hesitate, go, no go...

Not bad.....

Did the tuner say how he thought the pipes hurt? Did it hurt TQ? HP? or both?

He thought I would have gotten even better results with the D&D set up but I wanted loud and powerful. I got what I asked for. I can still hear the radio on the hwy with ear plus in so I'm good. They do have a little baffle in them now. No reversion at all. I was told by my tuner that with power duals and the better flow they "may not" tune. X pipe is just restrictive enough to off set the cfr's so it was the right choice for those mufflers. They are awesome. The little drop in the graf @ lower rps I can't feel it so I don't care what it looks like on paper. FYI

The new 2013 throttle body's are now obsolete and discontinued by MoCo. Mine was switched with a 2009 tb. The new ones are ugly inside to say the least and have many design flaws!

Go figure

I hear nothing but good things about Dave at JD's- since there are no TTS tuners around here, I'll be doing the day's drive one day to get mine tuned there.

Do you have an SAE Chart of this dyno?   Can you share with us a baseline as well to see the potential gains for good comparisions to other builds?

Here you go.  I don't know the difference but I guess you do. Dave didn't due a base line as far as I know.

Jr thanks for putting that up.   Was hoping to see the change from what you started with to what you ended up, the net gain.    As with all the other cams for the 110 your right there in the hunt.   10x  hp   11x torque.

Dawg no slipping here I had to spend some time building the motor that spanked Ole Hub.   Almost all my tiny projects with the SESG are done and I am re-engaging now, been considering another 117 but leaning towards the 120 as the answer.   The one we have is running great, just not enough miles to be sold on its longevity yet.
