I know I'm a little late on this but just got mine at below msrp and I do agree the blue/silver is the only color I would have takin. Love it so far now just need to make it sound like a harley ordered my Fullsac baffles today will get the headpipe and tuner at later date,you know momma and the holidays.

Sucks to hear about your bags being stolen.....when are the replacements due in?

Are getting exact replacements or going to the stretched bags like on a SESG?

I'm going with exact replacements.  It's been a month so I guess they'll be here by the first week of January. In the meantime I can only take the bike where I can watch it because the side covers are vulnerable as well as the fuses & ecm.

I've already ordered the upgraded HD Alarm System II with pager, a Xena XX15 disc alarm, & bought some 3/8" extruded spring nuts, & will run some 3/8" bolts thru the bags.  Next, I'm sure they'll just lift my bike onto a van with the alarm sirens wailing, but at least I would have forced them to take all or nothing !

Funny thing is, I get a call from the HD dealership Friday, and they tell me they have everything, that they're just waiting on the painted parts.  So (puzzled) I say, "What painted parts are you talking about?"  Silence..... he replies, "The bags".  No Chit!   So I guess they called me to let me know they don't have the bags.   Don't try to figure that one out!

Wow amazing what you have to go through to protect your ride in some parts of this country.
Does anyone know what the allure of stealing saddle bags is? Do they use them as containers to ship drugs or weapons or something?
Usually the folks getting caught with them after the fact are not bikers...

Thieves don't need a lot of reasons to take others property.  They get the contents in the bags (including IPOD, in my case), and the bags alone are over $3,000 to replace, and probably worth $600 to $800 on the street.

Thieves are everywhere so if you don't want to end up like me waiting 6-8 weeks for replacements, I suggest you secure them with a better mechanism than Moco has provided.  You don't want to come out of some place to this picture!

Ya the windshield is off my 05 ultra classic kept a lot of stuff off my old bike. Love the clock works windshield just bought it a couple months before they called and offered me a deal at last.
