Looks ok in the picture, but your right pretty pricey at 349.00.   I also wonder how far out it will stick vs. the ventilator

I wish HD had come out with these last year.  They definitely match the stock wheels better than any aftermarket intakes.

Unbalanced is right.  It appears to use the same filter as the RSD, PM, and Kuryakyn intakes, and to be the same size as the others.  I  have the RSD Turbine, and it intrudes into the knee area a lot more than the Ventilator does.  Not a deal breaker, but noticeable.

Looks of course are subjective, so what you like may not exactly float someone else's boat.  And in this case my boat has run aground.  If I wanted one of those big round elements sticking into the side of my leg, I'd prefer one of the very simple and tasteful chrome end caps over this thing.

I have the agitator on my flhrse5. It sticks out about 1 inch further that the ventilator. I had the RSD judge on my last bike. The agitator does stick out further than the RSD too.

I didn't go with the agitator but here is what it looks like on the bike.

I looks great, however the only negative thing I see is the wires are exposed at the rear, is there any other parts exposed and can you re-route the wires to hide them.

That bothered me, too.  There are a couple items that will cover the wires, called a throttle body cover.  Kuryakyn makes one, but the one I decided on was an older piece from HD that is just a simple shield that just blocks the wires from view if you're looking at it from the side.  I'll try to find it and send a PN or pic.

Saw the HD throttle bottle cover on a breakout, it has clean lines and blends in well.
