I have done a few all used different mufflers--rinehart,V&H,Rush, and stock CVO.  Our shop is upgrading a motor in an FLHTCTUG---SE 259 Cams, Heads and fullsac C with fullsac cored slipons.  i will let you all know how that one shakes out when i finish   :2vrolijk_21:

I'm interested in the numbers.....

Your dyno pull shows thay you gained 20 hp and 24 torque over stock by going with the fullsac and RC slip ons and the TTS tuner.  That's a damn nice gain!! Is this what others have seen with similar slip ons?

Those numbers seem a bit askew, IMO.  Typical numbers for the Fullsac header and 2" cores are no where near those, so either this bike is the strongest stock motor I've ever seen a dyno sheet of, or the dyno is "happy".

Typical numbers for just the exhaust change and TTS are more in the 96HP/112TQ, plus or minus a couple.  That's about a 10% increase over stock, give or take a little.  That's still an excellent performance increase for the $$ spent.  There's a reason for a LOT of people on this site running the Fullsac system...it's proven to work, and the company is great to work with.  If you like the look of the stock exhaust system, it is by FAR the best, and also just happens to be the least expensive, solution to performance, sound, and getting rid of a lot of the heat.

I used V&H High Outputs, no big dip in torque, made 91 hp & 110ft/lbs

"The Fullsac Stage I performance kit provides a serious 18% HP increase with cooler engine temps and improved mileage."  straight from the fullsac web sight so I believe I am correct I have had more than 1 person ck my numbers by going to another tuner...and my tuners were trained by the best...Doc.
I will also add that others that have ridden the bike say the same thing---that they cannot believe I have done no motor work. but i have not done any internal.

Thanks all for the very helpful comments.  Am still fussing with the cans - fulsac 2.25 cores or rinehart?

Will let you know final decision but am ordering the Fulsac header tomorrow.

Fullsac 2.25 I just did the whole system last month. I worried about it and everyone was right "Hundreds of people on the site can't be wrong". Great sound, stock look, bike has hardly any heat and performs! Great folks at Fullsac.
