Ok  So I finally posted some decent pics. Just to recap  Just purchaser 2013 CVO Electra Glide, First thing I changed was the bars. Went with Wild Ones WO578. Did not have to change any cables. Had to pull bars 3/4 inch towards driver to clear GPS unit. Hope this helps.

That looks like it might be a solution, I wonder if you could cut the ends of handlebars so they weren't 2" wider ? Looks like they are long enough to to do that, just not sure if that would be any help on getting them closer to rider ? Might loose pull-back by going narrower. ? :-(. Can't believe they don't make a bar like so many of us want......? Maybe I sould call Chubbies and see if they have one in R.D. for the future. Jon

Dont go cutting the handles then your grips and throttle by wire will not fit on the bars. Not sure how tall you are or the lenght of your arms. I am 6' on the nose and only 31" of that is inseam. I am all torso, with that beind said, I needed Taller bars as my sleeve is a 36-1/2" according to my tailor who makes my dress shirts. I have had the YAffe bars 12" and absoloutly loved them. Rode for days with no neck pain, I didn't think the Yaffe bars would look good on my CVO Ultra so I went with the Wild One 578's and I love these just as much. We are all different in size and stature in every way. Danner55 is a couple inches shorter than me if I recall and he loves his 578's. Do not let the width scare you, who holds the bars art the ends anyway.

Here are 14" yaffe's on my 13 CVO Ultra, but you will have to relocate the GPS.  I also ran my hydraulic clutch line and brake line through the bars.

As you say we are all diferent sizes, I"m 5-5 with 30" inseam so if I want to lean into my backrest on my corbin seat (close-reach) I grab the ends of my handle bars. Not a good solution for 95% of the time. Being able to roll some 14" bars might be a solution though, just not sure it would work correctly with wrist angle and all. Guess I need to go to dealer and try that idea on one of their seat/ handlebar mock up bikes. Really is great to get all the feedback from everyone though, just one of the things I love about this great CVO site. Jon  :2vrolijk_21:

I didn't need to move my GPS mount.  I like the bars slightly tilted back so I can lean against my Corbin backrest and still reach the bars.  I put the Crutchfield Swivel on the Zumo to change the angle.  Here is a pic.
