I do spend more time washing the gunk off my bike when it rains a lot during the winter months.

Ride year round as long as snow or Ice are not on the roads.  Plenty of good days in Dec, Jan and Feb to ride in East TN

On this topic...ain't it great that we live in this wonderful country with such diverse weather?  If you don't like it where you are, there are plenty of great places to move where it is more to your liking.  Hey, move to Tennessee....if you don't like our weather, just wait 5 minutes and it will change (local humor).

There was a picture in the HOG magazine a few issues ago with a picture of a rider (believe he was on a Springer...don't quote me) on his DAILY ride into Deadwood, SD...in the snow.  From the caption this was normal for him.  Hey, more power to him.

Keep it safe out there no matter what/where/in what you ride

Year round here in the Carolina's. Sure, we get snow but not that often and it gets cold just dosen't stay cold. I have always made a point to ride every month of the year. Even if it's just a few short rides.  :apple:

Life begins just outside your comfort zone and you havent lived until you push a full dress harley on a hot day up a grade because your low mile twincam fell apart, and your convinced it's to bitchen to leave it there.           Ugh pardon me but do you have any beer?
