As I was riding down the road apparently the glass top of my LED fuel guage flew off.  I was able to look up the part number and of course I can't buy just the mirror top, I have to purchase the fual guage unit-part number 63074-07B (about $150).  Any ideas how I could substitute something, and still have it look good.  Thanks for any ideas.

Dobeman2000, could you send us a picture of what it is suppose to look like or what it looks like now, maybe that would help someone come up with an idea to help you. There are a lot of crafty people on this site. CAHDBIKER

This is a tuff one...maybe one of those Willie G skulls on the roadglide custom fairing or grind down a smoke turn signal lens so it's almost flat, one of the small Bullet type. Also maybe a chrome swing arm hinge cover. Sorry but that's about all I got.

You are correct as to no warranty.  However, how many miles do you have on your Springer?  If low, you can always ask your dealer as it looks like a manufacturer issue as I've never seen this one before (although I'm sure it has happened).  Can't hurt to at least ask the dealer to call the MoCo rep.  If not and everything is still working, something clear or at least opaque so the LED fuel level guages show and 2" diameter about 1/8" thick.  Try the local glass/plexiglass dealer in your area to make something custom.

May not be much help but gives you some things to consider.  Good luck.
