What do you mean? I thought every state and country had some nut job taking pot shots at people on the express way  ;)   lol

I know this is not funny, Most likely ex-military or law enforcement is what Im hearing, Thank GOD he is just shooting to scare and not to KILL.

Two vehicles were shot, leaving one person wounded on eastbound I-96 in Fowlerville on Saturday, and authorities believe the shooter responsible for 22 other shootings on Michigan highways and roadways has struck again.

Sounds like another copy cat of the guys caught a few years back taking sniper shots. I believe that incident killed 8 people before they were caught...  Pray they get these idiots soon.

He is 43  He is a geologist  :nixweiss:  his name is raulie casteel and is facing 60 felony charges
