If they stopped production in 2009, does that mean the 2010 model year is the last built?
2009 model year was the last that was "hand assembled".  Hand built is kind of a misnomer.  Custom Vehicle Operations is a design division of the MoCo, where the designers are given a creative free hand to build a factory customized motorcyle line.  Like was said earlier, equate it to the custom vehicle design divisions of the automakers; i.e., SVT (Ford), SRT (Dodge), TRD (Toyota), etc.  They all design a "special" vehicle, but the vehicle itself is assembled on their main production lines.
