DYNO: stock 12 CVO Ultra with Dragula 2-1 results!

I bought a set of Dragula 2-1's off a forum member.  Normally I would go with my usual fare of V&H Propipe, but I got to say I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance (they were in pristine condition), sound, and the performance is awesome.  Nice to lose the boat anchors and the heat as well.  

97.89hp & 116.84tq! :pepper:

You did a great job packing it alright! :2vrolijk_21:  I thought I was unravelling a mummy! :vrolijk_6:

It really isn't too bad when cruising, but when you jump on it, it's pretty mean.  I like the sound better than my last three pipes (V&H Propipe X3 :huepfenlol2:)!

Cruising with this pipe is very nice and if you stay out of it you don't draw much attention. 

Now my new pipe on the other hand has a bit more bite to it which I like.  I can still go through the neighborhood without drawing any attention and I love the shift between gears at 3000 rpm.  I get a nice growl.

You're right, when you stay off it, it's well mannered, but when you get on it has that nice growl.  I tend to shift a little to your right, and I really couldn't help myself winding out through the gears on the way home.  It was music to my ears, plus I let it bark a little when trying to keep a cager from coming over on me. :orange:

I am more impressed with the increase in performance. My brother is going to buy one for his new 2013 Ultra SE when it comes in.
Did you have to cut away the right mid-frame heat deflector for clearance of the rear pipe?

Yeah, I noticed it has a beautiful loping sound when I'm just idling through a parking lot.  I love it the sound of this pipe! :pepper:  Regarding the cutaway, normally yes, but if you look close, I simply replace the stock heat deflector with a Kuryakyn mirror type deflector which sits much higher.

Thanks to this pipe and the tune, I don't have that scorching heat anymore! :pineapple:  By the way, I think that is great torque coming from just a pipe and a tune if I do say so myself! :2vrolijk_21:

I have SE 10.5 pistons, Cometic .035 head gasket, Woods lifters and a Night Prowler 777 cam to put in. I am waiting until after I do another dyno run (with the pipe only) to put these parts in. I'll post the results when I'm through.

Coincidentally, I had a chance to chat with a guy that his SE Fat Boy with the 777's on the dyno right before me.  I didn't get his numbers but the cam sure sounded nice with Big Radius 2-2s. 

Not a pipe I would want to choose from a performance perspective, but everyone has their own goals and likes.
