UK Speedometer MPH or KPH?

Does anyone have a picture of one? Do they show both miles and km?

             Got a pic here only one on hand but you can see the mil, & Km. if it helps

Thanks, is it km or miles on the outside, and what does the odometer read in?

UK CVO Ultra has both km and miles in odometer, you can switch between reading.
