Hopefully they checked, but when I had my Fatboy had a similar situation that happened. It was diagnosed as my stator went bad. Have them check the stator and voltage regulator. If either one of them is bad have them also check your battery because if either one of them go bad it could effect the battery.

What did they fix the first time? The symptoms are strange in that the different circuits are affected. I would check for a loose or improperly seated connector

I had something very similar happen.  Mine took them reloading the calibration into the bike.  I had it back 3 times.  Finally they got someone there that knew what he was doing.  They were going to replace the wire harness !!!  :o  Then they started calling the MoCo and got technical support on the horn and went through the process of downloading another calibration even though the bike ran.  I guess the bike was running in a safe mode?  I watched over his shoulder as he did it and afterwards, I have not had a problem since.

Let us know what you find out.
Cheers, J

The day I picked mine up when I started it the right turn signal was on, thought I must have hit the button by mistake.
Later that same day after a short ride stopped at a restaurant came out started the bike and the right turn signal was on, thought maybe I left it on when I turned into the parking lot although I made a left turn to get into the lot. I  guess I must have pressed the wrong turn signal button.
Week later started the bike in the garage and while it was running the right turn signal comes on and goes off.
Now I know I didn't press the button.
Shut of the bike and restarted it and it did it again and several times after.
Dealer checks everything can't find anything wrong and says unless they can duplicate it they can't fix it.
On my way home from the dealer right turn signal comes on??? WTF????
Dealer says next time it happens bring it right down.
Next time it happens I stop at the dealer guess what it will not do it. I look like an A$$.
Happens several times later and one time after making a left turn the signals shut of then the right comes on I press the button to shut it off and the left turns on I press the left the right comes on then the 4 ways come on. WTF???
Never was fixed just went away on its own. I think it is possessed.
I told the dealer that I was going to change the bars out and he suggested that they do it incase of any wire chafing in the bars (5-6 hours labor).
I said if you think there is a problem with the wires then check them out under warranty and while you

I have had the problem and in my case it turned out to be the brake light conversion relay was cracked and shorting internally.

It became a real problem on the Kelowna/Nelson trip with Canuck et al.  The Accessory fuse blew and repeated several times until we figured out the brake lights were acting up and relocated the relay block.

Upon return to the shop after our trip they daid they have had several with the problem.

Anyway the weird thing is that not all of the same stuff went out each time the fuse blew??????

But turn signals and gauges went everytime together.  Also, the fuse was not the one labeled for the instruments and the tech in Wenatchee on our trip where I borrowed a tester said that HD hasn't gone to the trouble to actually label everything exactly on the fuse box for a number of years.
