CVO RK with only 1200 miles and limped and towed home twice already.  Latest codes were all twist grip and throttle control actuator related.  All "P" codes,

Anyone else having this problem.  I thought the design bugs with this were worked out a few years ago.

Man that sucks!  I think your HD dealer should have been on it!  That's really too much!  What are they saying about the problem?

Dealer looked at the TCA connector and saw a little chafe on 2 of the pins.  HD is sending a new TCA.  I want the whole throttle control to be checked thoroughly.  Tired of idling and getting stuck.  Knock on wood, 2 other throttle by wire bikes that never had a problem.

I have had it happen to me on my 2009 ultra cvo, i have found it usually occurs after i have been on a rough road. I also have been able to wriggle the connector/plug and then the bike would restart and allow me to ride to the dealer.

The codes and symptoms in the original post finally came in constantly and allowed the dealer to find the cause.

MOCO tech services had the dealer replace the throttle control actuator (TCA) and re-pin the harness at the TCA.
Test ride lasted about 1/2 mile before going into limp mode again.
Put the bike on the dyno and started troubleshooting.
Noted the two 5 volt sensor power lines were differing and started replacing sensors powered from those lines.
Replaced TMAP and VSS and problem continued.
Finally inspected the wiring harness and found a rub through where the harness was against the engine.
The wiring going to the domestically unused jiffy stand sensor connector was grounding out against the engine case down by the jiffy stand.
Some heat shrink, and sleeving were applied to cure the wound and the harness was adjusted to avoid further damage.

Runs great, finally.

Hope this may help someone else.  I could see it happening to others.  Maybe I have a Friday assembled bike?

I had the same problem different grounding issue. From what I've been told when that many codes pop it's usually a ground related issue.
