Fullsac baffle install question
« on: December 13, 2012, 11:20:22 PM »

I just installed some fullsac 110" baffles in my stock mufflers and I can't get the left pipe to go on all the way to center the rear support bracket. The header pipe hits the baffle on the inlet side. I installed the baffles at 1 1/2" from the end as per the instructions. The only thing I could think of is the right side might be longer than the left?

They should be the same size. Pull them out and check.

Baffle has nothing to do with fitment of the muffler the inlet end of the baffle fits over a tube welded into the inlet of the muffler its self.

I had that problem the first time I removed my stock slip-on's.
I found that if you spread the slip-on portion a little more, it slips back on easier.

I called fullsac and they told me to make sure they goon the head pipe 1 3/4". The baffles are the same. I need to look at it tomorrow. They do sound good though.
