Just looking at it, I'd go with Fullsac first.  The Cat has increasing effect on HP as the engine gets larger.  Some slight effect on a 96", much more effect on a 110". I wouldn't be surprised to see a 7-10HP change just with the cat removal.  I would, however, use some kind of a tuner after this major of a change.

The opened picture shows a divider seperating the front and rear cylinders.
If this is the case, the front cylinder would exit straight out through the 1.75 outlet. Then the rear cylinder would exit through the restricted
90 deg 1.5" outlet. So lets see, true duals, rear cylinder choked. Might increase tire life?

Mike,I think you should grab one of these before they are all gone!   :huepfenjump3:

Hey Steve, looks like it's actually the front cylinder exhaust that will be routed to the the bend and out the left side exhaust with the rear cylinder going straight back out the right side.  However, I would think you would get better harmonics and power with the header design like your Fulsac or the Vance/Hines.  Interesting design though....thanks for sharing Mike.

:nixweiss:  Is it just me, or is that pretty gobby looking welding?  You would think that anyone using a piece for mass advertising would make it look purty!!  If that one is purty, I can just imagine whats gonna show up with the UPS truck! :soapbox:

I can say with certainty the the Bassani Road Rage Long + FL XiED produced big gains in Torque and Hp in the 110" B motor on my FLSTSE3.
Planed to have a Dyno pull to confirm, but then I thought - Why  :nixweiss: spend the $$$ to confirm what my Butt already knew. :2vrolijk_21:
It will exceed the speed limit and still gets 42-46 mpg. . . .

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.  :drink:

You can exchange your headers with Fullsac for $270.  That is made especially for the 110 CVO motor.
There are lots of satisfied customers with Fullsac on the forum. Why take a chance with someone else?

Starting bid is $220. Even at that I would not do it. At least not on my new bike. No warranty. No heat shield. What if they blue? What if they don't fit well? Too many unknowns. With a warranty and a heat shield, maybe

Your 100% right. Front bottom, left muffler, top rear, right muffler. I was laughing while I was typing, my bad.
