They're Aways Watching!

Had an event that occurrred at the house here over Christmas... it got me to thinking that I ought to pass along some helpful advice.

When I'm not cruisin around town in the minivan I like to spend a little time in the garage polishing my bike... the deal with the wife is that if we get into an argument, I go out into the garage to polish... thus the reason why it's so shiny!

The baby is nineteen months now, over the summer she started hang out with me in the garage, she is a purveyor of garage protocol now, she knows how to tune in the stereo, and she can hand me two beers from the case at a time to assist in keeping the fridge stocked.

So... for Christmas she got a balance bike, she likes it quite a bit. The day after I know she's with the bike but she's really quiet... here's a shot of what I see:

That's just great. Now you can polish your bikes together. In the future, you'll be able to ride together.

How cool is that!

Somewhere amongst thousands of "print" pictures I have a shot of my then 5 year old daughter caught helping me wax my Jeep. Priceless stuff

Your daughter called me the other day to ask advice about how to approach you about the mods she wants to do on her new bike. She's concerned that you think you purchased her a ride that doesn't need any upgrades  ;)
