Dyno Results on new ''DX'' Pipe

Good Job Steve....!!!!!!!
110'', Fullsac XD Pipe, Rinehart slip-ons, Ventilator air filter.........120.3 tq and 96.1 hp. This is 6/6 more than the average I normally see with the ''C'' pipe.
We had 100 tq at 2000 rpm 110 at 2750 rpm. If we had a better slip-on I'm sure I would have seen 110 tq at 2500 rpm.

I use the TTS.....it's the best, and it being the best, I can get you the best tune.

Here's a peek at our basic slash cut. All cans will be 4".There will be mufflers with billit encaps too.
Currently working on building packing sleeves like the early CVO mufflers had.

If you need a guinea pig for your Fullsac XD Pipe and 4" slash cut mufflers I'll bring my bone stock 2012 CVO street glide to Doc to see what he can wring out of it.  I'm not looking for a freebie, just looking to upgrade exhaust plus add a TTS tune soon and was going to bring it to Doc for the work anyway.   ;)

Testing is all but over with these DX pipes, the fitment is great, the ground clearance is great, the performance is great. Now I just need to put a smile on your face when you come see me. We have the TTS and the DX pipes here, all we needis you now....lol.

Thanks Doc, I'll contact you offline to set something up for the 3rd or 4th week of Feb, I'll be coming in from the Atlanta area.  I'll shoot some photos during the install so we can post install photos and dyno results here, and on your site if desired.  First I need to talk with you to see if there are any other mods you recommend at the time like a lifter upgrade or cam swap, or??  If Fullsac's 4" slash cut mufflers aren't ready by then we could do their 2" baffles but if their mufflers are ready for public sale I'd prefer to do those; I've always been partial to slash cut mufflers anyway.  Right now my bike is a bone stock (engine wise) 2012 CVO street glide.  I would love to get in the neighborhood of, or just north of 100 HP/125 ft lbs if possible.

I read the related thread before, but I forgot- whats the difference with this new DX pipe- it has a round crossover pipe instead of the OEM crushed pipe?

Is it a stepped header? Is this the new header of choice for the 110?

Steve, any ETA for your new mufflers? How about a sales pitch with further info on expected performance/sound? Us guys with the winter blues look forward to this kinda stuff you know.
