You have to buy the bluetooth option for the 06 for the phone to work...
I didnt get the option but a few did and they should chime in soon and give the rest of the story. I have heard some say that it works well.

DisAir is right we have them and they work well.  It does require a MoCo purchase and install...would it be any other way?  Anyway, for me worth the effort and price.

Expensive - takes a little room in the tour pack - but is nice :-)

Randy I did the install myself you do have to buy the extra cable as I was told by Harley that it was all ready there for our bikes but it wasn't.  The install was not that bad as I thought, Did it almost a year ago so thing are a little fuzzy but it would have been easier if I had taken the tank off, but you can route the wires up to the neck with the tank loose. Of coarse the outer faring has to come off and all you do is just start hooking up wires.  BUT YOU DO NEED THAT EXTRA CABLE.......
Hands free kit   76408-06         389.35 zanottimotor.com
Wire Harness Ultra   70164-06     85.95 list had to buy at Stealer / Dealer
If you have you stereo volume up when you phone rings it WILL SCARE THE crap out of you.

Yes, I did it - easy job!  (Well, until I spent hours wondering why it didn't work, checking it over and over again, then discovering from the dealer weeks later that there were a defective batch of Bluetooth modules shipped, and I had one!)

Save the $$$ and do it yourself. you need the Bluetooth module and an extra wiring harness.

One thing I would say is it's the choosiest Bluetooth module I've ever seen. I've tried a few phones with it, and still haven't found one that everything works with. Currently on a Sony Ericsson, everything works except it doesn't display the service provider on the radio display.

BUT do you need the:
"Console Pod Assembly P/N 77136-03, Left-hand Control Switch Assembly P/N 70046-00 and Fairing Speaker Switch P/N 77092-98."
As described on HDWEB Site?

Not for a CUSE - they are only for non-Ultra bikes.
