Yea I have the best of both worlds.

I sit in Florida nice and warm and when I want to experience Canada or the frozen north, I turn the A/C down and put Alaska State Troopers or Coast Guard Alaska on my 60" Plasma TV.

If you really want to add to the experience, throw on a few layers of clothes, cover the bike and pretend you can't ride it for a few more months. Thus the reason for strong beer!

TN get Cold, but not like Canada, ride year round, not state taxes.
Beer, plenty good micro brew pubs.
Scenery, East TN blows away FL. 

FL flat roads, no curvers, lots of traffic and ...

I lived in Jacksonville for 7 LONG years, hated the traffic, not much good riding.

East TN, little to no traffic, nice hilly, mountainous two lane, hard to find a straight road.  Pretty dang close to motorcycle heaven.

Not voided but "suspended".  Looks like Deeley is saying the US bikes are manufactured to unsafe standards and are just concerned for our (Canadians) safety.  You guys/gals riding those apparently unsafe US bikes be careful out there 

As of July 1st 2010, the imported warranty policy took effect and states as follows.

The Harley-Davidson®/Buell™ Limited Warranty statement specifies that the warranty will not apply to any motorcycle “not manufactured to comply with the laws of the market [in which] it is registered”.
To ensure that Canadian-specific safety standards are met, it is important that this policy be adhered to and enforced by the retailer.

Therefore, the Harley-Davidson® policy will be to suspend the warranty on any vehicle not in compliance with the market into which it was imported. This applies only to Harley-Davidson® motorcycles imported into Canada that are still under factory warranty.

To be brief, if your bike falls under these criteria, your factory warranty has been suspended. In the interest of Customer satisfaction and to encourage vehicle compliance, this policy will allow Customers with a non-compliant vehicle to reinstate the warranty when the vehicle is brought into compliance. Most likely, this will include KPH speedometer, tail lights, license plate holders, (this is not an all inclusive list of requirements).

True, but I ride to FL when its cold up here, went down for Christmas by Bike.  Also when it get warm, I am a lot closer to the North where it is comfortable to ride in July and August.
