Not many mods here.  Drilled out my muffler plug, installed the Freedom Shields 7" smoke shield, added the 4 point mounting bracket, detachable luggage rack, taller riders backrest and that's pretty much it.  I'm satisfied with what HD did from the factory.  Didn't really feel the need to mod the motor as most others have but enjoy reading about it.  May bite the bullet and purchase the color matched tour pack (since Judy has first dibs on Jesse's tour pack... :2vrolijk_21: ) but overall, I think I'm good with what I got.
Spent darn too much money on Ginger to begin with to do much more.... ::)
Ultra I wish I could leave mine alone but I can't. I had to do pipes and tuner right away. Now I am doing changes to make it fit me better:

Done so far:
Handlebars
2 up seat for long trips
LRS ultra recurve windshield and hawg wings
Hidden antenna
Removed all reflectors (yuk hate those things)
Long angled highway peg mounts
Dynojet power vision
D&D fatcat with ghost pipe and wrapped perforated baffle

Wish list:
Swept passenger floorboards with matching rumble inserts
Tour pak luggage rack/LED light
Tour pak 12v accessory plug
Rider backrest

Thanks Jswerve!!

I purchased several parts from Eastern Performance in the past and they have always had some of the best prices out there. I was at my local dealer/stealer today and they wanted 359.00 for the same Phase 7 Headlight.

Just bought my 2011 SESG Black Diamond 03-08-2013, bone stock, but have added Heat Demons w/ Flame grips, Rinehart Slip-ons, Short offset Highway pegs w/ flame pegs.

To be added/changed:
New Licence Plate (I have original Sea foam Green letter WI plate, new ones are Black letters)
GPS w/ mount
Saddlebag spoiler LED lights
4-point detachable
Air Wing or Stealth Rack, detachable, of course
Chopped TP, CVO color matched
Heated seat (it get cold up here in Milwaukee sumtimes, don-cha know)
and lastly, Rider back.

Don't foresee any engine mods, fer now anyway.

Got it all laid out. Gotta finish a few little projects before I dive in.

Been collecting parts for a while and got a table lift for x-mas...gotta get'r done before the weather turns nice with any consistency here.

Well I purchased my FLHXSE3 in November and last night I FINALLY found a set of swept rumble passenger floorboards for $350 shipped. Have seen a cpl over the last 4-5 months but never at this price. Man ppl just don't part with em! Anyhow, scratch that off my list momma is happy now and I can move the pegs to my long angled highway mounts! Just in time for spring!  :bananarock:

Just got my Klock Werks Slicer front fender which is going to paint next week as well as my new bag lids from Soundz Customz to fit 4 Focal 6.5" speakers which Pete from Soundz will hook up. Hopefully paint comes out great and my 2011 SESG looks a little different from the rest. Then we do the S&S cam and pushrods.

Here's my next mod....picked it up yesterday.  David, parts buddy at K'ville HD, found one for me finally.  What a heavy rack.  Ginger is now ready for cross country, multi day trips.

From the side, with backrest.  Really going to like this one, I believe.
