I did some testing last night since I own 2 HD headsets & 2 J&M headsets.

First of all, the HD headset works fine if I use it alone or 2nd one as passenger.
The J&M works fine too only if I use it alone as rider, but if I add passenger J&M or passenger HD headset it squeals.   :-/

I even tried HD unit up front with J&M plugged in rear and squeal occurs.
So has to be something with the J&M because the HD unit always works, single or double headsets.    [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

The HD headsets suck...sounds like two people talking with two tin cans and a string, and forget about listening to the stereo through them...

You are so right about that.  What amazes me is that with the HD headset I can't seem to get enough volume, esp on the cb.  Was the same with my older bike and the older style radio.  But with the J&M I have to keep the volume about mid-way or it blows my helmet off.  You will definitely like them and they perform great.  Only problem I have had is this feedback when transmitting on the cb.
