Thank you for posting these pictures, I am the one who wanted to see pictures of how the reverse worked with and cleared the exhaust and I think it looks GREAT and would come in very Handy, Thanks again for posting these. I had subscribed to your original post on these upgrades and was waiting for it to notify me that you had added pictures, I am glad I went looking. What is the Brand of that Reverse Modification again and who is the distributor if you don't mind me asking?

The reverse is sold and produced by a company called Champion.  I've only got to try it out in the garage due to the weather but I can tell you it is very simple and smooth.  Pull the clutch in with the MC in neutral, push down and forward on the shifting lever and release the clutch moving backwards.  Can't wait to try it outside this spring.
