« on: February 03, 2013, 09:31:32 AM »

Team,

Dinged one of my end caps for the stock cans last fall and wanted to replace them before it ridng season here in Europe.  I have the fullsac baffles and x-pipe.   Anybody got a recommendation for a good looking end cap?

I think the stock CVO end caps look as good as any aftermarket (maybe better) on my 2012 CVO Street Glide.   :nixweiss:

I agree that the stock caps look great and I still have mine on the bike -- of course that's dependent on the chrome staying on them  ::)
I already had them replaced once under warranty for peeling chrome...

Anyone know if the newer CVO end caps will fit on 2009 CVO mufflers? I like the black with the machined grooves.

Go to an online dealer that has an online parts fische like Ronnies and look up the p/n.  Then go to an online dealer that gives 15% to 20% discounts like Surdykes or another dealer that does online discounts and order. They'll ship to your door in a couple days and not paying tax will usually more than cover any postage.  There, see how easy....now go spend some money on your CVO before it starts feeling neglected.   :P

I have my stock original mufflers with the end caps sitting in my closet. (2011 CVO Streetglide). Probably 1000 miles on them.

Interested in buying them?
