Zumo 660 Dash mount-newly installed-no sound from blue tooth connection to cell.

GPS navigation works fine.  Cuts out radio/CB/XM when Navigation gives commands.  When phone rings and icon on 660 depressed, no sound comes out of speakers nor head set from helmet. cannot respond to caller.  Premium HarleyWired helmet.  Any ideas?
