SEUC '06 HP and Torque Numbers
« on: September 14, 2006, 01:08:39 PM »

I recently bought and installed a set of Vance and Hines Big Shot Duals, plus a Power Commander on my SEUC '06.

.....  I was under the previous impression that the stock bike played out 100 ft./lbs. of torque and 80 horses.  Should I be concerned?
If you're getting these numbers from the MoCo they are numbers from the crank, not rear wheel which would be the numbers you got from dyno. Nope you should not be concerned, the numbers may not be what you were led to believe but they are real, and aren't bad numbers where the rubber meets the road.

With those mods your numbers should be near the 95-100 hp & the same for torque. Others here with similiar mods are getting these numbers. Do you have a print of your dyno run?

I left the dyno chart at home today.  I'll post it tomorrow.

Viper6 sorry I am late to this game and seeing your post, but the numbers for your bike should be approx.  94 hp 98 torque with a 13:1 configuration.   I can't say why your not in that area other than this is where the vast majority of bikes turn out give or take the tuner / methodology of it.

I put the Rhineharts true duals on with the power commander and the air cleaner upgrade.  I had mine dyno'd and got the following: Torque: 96, HP: 94  The main difference though that I noticed was the smooth acceleration all the way to red line.  As long as yours runs smooth and strong, I wouldn't worry about the numbers.
