I put mine in place by having the bike up right hold grips put your foot were you feel comfertable and adjust to suite. Hope this helps

I put mine on the crash bar. Turn they out for laid back & in for distance riding.

I placed mine so that I can stretch my legs out using the highway pegs and so that I can place my heal of my boot on the floorboards with the front of my

boots resting on the highway pegs.

This is what I use.  The Harley long angled arms.  It allows me the position of riding with full feet on the pegs or heel on the floorboard and toes on the peg.

And keep them mounted as low as you can on the crashbars.

Same as what I did.  Just make sure it doesn't trap your foot on the floor board!

Same way that I mounted them.  It gives you really three different positions: 1. Heel on floorboard and toes on pegs  2. Entire foot on pegs. 3. Entire foot on floorboards

I had to remove the heel shifter on left side.

This looks great, those are the parts I have as well, except for the lowers.  Do you think it will look out of place without the lowers?
