If you had a new bike with under 20 miles on it could you put new pistons in without machine work and install new cam without changing inner cam bearings?
When you say "new bike", what model and model year are you talking about? If it's a 2013 CVO110 then you don't need to bother the inner cam bearings, they are already the upgraded SE bearings. If you're talking about a regular engine or a 2012 or earlier CVO110, then yes it would be a good idea to change the bearings while you're in there. When those bearings fail, and more than just a few have in recent years, odds are the entire engine will become junk.
As for the pistons, you won't know if you need machine work until you pull it down and inspect/measure the bores. I definitely wouldn't throw it back together without checking them, even though your friendly dealers often do just that when installing big bore kits or high compression pistons. Why take a chance that the piston to wall clearance is off or the bores are tapered, it's not that tough to do it right assuming you have access to torque plates and micrometers.
