  Your not going to like this suggestion, but if you have exhausted all avenues you can think of, you my want to try pulling your wires (pin plugs) and do a continuity check at each end. it's a long shot, but it has been known in some cases were the wire in the plug has come away from the pin when it has been disturbed. it seems your going to have to do a step by step elimination check. The more you eliminate the closer you get to the fault. Keep an elimination check list. Let us know were you find the fault "curious" Good luck hope it's sorted soon for ya

Not likely this is your problem but it's worth a mention just in case.  Check that the plug wires are on the correct plugs.  These aren't dual fire ignition systems.  Get them crossed and the engine won't run.  Will sometimes spit and sputter when a filled cylinder tries to light.  But usually surprisinly little actually happens.

Mention this only because you say everything else that you can check looks ok.  This could look ok and still keep you from running.

Check the FUSE!!!!!! If you did not unhook the battery before starting your project you may have gorunded out the ignition fuse circuit, Just a guess!!!!

Fixed it! I had the yellow group (of 3) and the black group (from TBW) reversed in the connector. Easy enough to do since you can't tell which is which at that end (plus I was probably rushing it at that point). Anyway, thanks for all you suggestions. time to finish routing the hydraulics, button up and ride!

Good news! I did that exact same thing when I installed the 575s on my bike. Sorry I didn't see your post sooner.
