There's no doubting a Doctor's recommendation for good health.

You know....this could almost be used for evidence in getting a permission slip from the house management!   After all, it's in the best interest of promoting good health, right?     ;)

There you have it. I may not go to the gym, but I can now honestly tell people that I work out at least an hour every day! ..... I feel healthier already
