HD makes a 5,3g/s injector. It plugs in the same as your current injector. Why do you think you need larger injectors? Have you upgraded your engine to need them?

I was told that the plug in at the injector is different on my year than the 5.3 needs. Also in the se cat it says for 08 and later 58 mm tb, just is not clear if it will work on mine.
The reason i want 5.3 is that my tune now has injectors set at 3.91 and im wondering if the 4.9 is a little small. Im also installing the kury tc24d. Also the se cat says the se 5.3 flows 23%
more than stock, but it says the 4.9 flows 25% more that stock, misprint? Was hoping somebody that has installed the 5.3 on a 2007 50mm tb could confirm it will be a direct plug or if HD changed the plug in, thanks.

My recommendation is to follow the advice of the engine builder.

I just went through the injector selection process.  From that I found (and don't take it as 100% fact) that the '05 and earlier and all the throttle by wire throttle bodies take the weber/magneti marelli injector.  The '06 and up cable operated throttle bodies use a different injector that has a wider spray angle, different plug, and different design all together.

Marren has both styles listed, but does not mention that the '05 and earlier injecters also fit the TBW throttle bodies.

Marren website shows the plug for the different years, very good photos of the problem i found. Harley injectors for cable bikes 06 and up all are 4.9 gps max. So if I want 5.3 looks like HPI offers 1, and marren offers a high flow good for 70-75 hp, but doe not list flow, would have to call to find out for sure. Looks like HPI 5.3 for me, thanks for the link to marren site.

Google ev1 to ev6 adapters. You can buy injector adapter that go both ways, newer to later, and vise verse.

I have an 07 ultra flhtcuse2 with screaming eagle plus heads with a pro-street head job and je pistons running 10.5 compression.  I have an HPI 51 mm throttle body flowed by Baisley and the HPI 5.3 g's were too large to get it to tune properly for me.  Lack of skill on my part for sure.  I put in 4.9 and it tuned right in and runs great.

Hope this helps

The stock 2007 110 came with 3.91 injectors.   Originally the 4.89 were the only upgrades available through Harley.   Now they offer the 5.3 injectors.   These all use the same plugs, but when changing them you will need to retune your motorcycle if they are warranted / needed.

HPI has them, and those are on our shelf here as well.
