S&S Exhaust
« on: March 28, 2013, 07:33:31 PM »

I'm a newbie posting for the first time.  I've looked in many forums before posting this.

I've recently gotten a 2013 CVO Road Glide Custom.  Upon doing research on exhaust options, I've come to decide upon S&S Power Tune Duals header pipes along with S&S 4" Race Tour mufflers accompanied with a SERT.

Has anyone used such a combination before?  If so, have you enjoyed the results whether it be sound or dyno results?

Just put on S&S header with V&H Monstr rounds /SERT..........love the sound, performance from stock is incredible. Seems to "wake up the motor". Header pipe was the choice of the tuner, said he gets better results.

I have them on a '06 Ultra. Mild 95", with CVO mufflers fitted with Fulsac 1 3/4" baffles. Work great and sound good.

I have a 2010 FLHXSE 110.  S&S Power Tune Duals with 4' Rineharts.  Andrews 54H cams w/.030 head gasket.  TTS Mastertune.  This is the 3rd exhaust setup I've tried.  Sound is awesome.  Performance is there.  I mean it RIPS!  I seem to outrun all my buddies with ease.  :2vrolijk_21: Just installed a SE extreme billet air cleaner (Agitator to match my wheels).  See attached.  Just need a couple Vtune runs for the larger air filter.  :coolblue:

Just to update everyone on this full S&S exhaust combination.  I got the bike back and have to say that I am very pleased with the sound, feel, and performance from it.  I'm going to work on getting videos uploaded so share with everyone but just had to provide an update to this thread.  If you haven't heard this S&S exhaust combination before, I'd recommend taking a serious look/listen at it.

Sound is awesome.  I don't know how to post sound clips.  Suggestions?

I went with the SS Power Tune Headers and SS Power Tune Mufflers.
Was very hectic and wasn't able to get a before and after Dyno.
